Why we ask for a deposit
We run a small workshop with a limited number of hoists. When a booking does not turn up, that time cannot be filled at short notice and another customer misses out on a slot they needed.
A small deposit keeps the schedule honest, keeps our turnaround times short, and keeps our labour rate where it is. It is credited to your job on the day, so it never costs you anything extra.
If your plans change
The $40 booking deposit is not refunded. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and we move it across to your new booking, so you do not lose it. Anything you have paid above the deposit is refunded in full. If Break Check cancels or moves your booking, you are refunded in full, deposit included.
